Business Analyst Lead - Vice President – Payments Product LatAM JOB DESCRIPTION This role involves leading a team of business analysts to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and support decision‑making through data‑driven insights. The VP will collaborate with senior leadership to align business analysis efforts with organizational goals and ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Develop and implement the business analysis strategy in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business analysis projects that support key business goals. Project Management Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business analysis projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and communicated to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across the organization. Lead initiatives to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement best practices and methodologies for business analysis and process improvement. Data Analysis and Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business analysis. Proven track record of leading successful business analysis projects and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. is a plus.
