Role Overview Join our leadership team as Senior QA Engineer, establishing and leading quality assurance strategy across our e-commerce platforms serving major hotel and celebrity brands globally. You'll architect test automation frameworks, define quality processes, and ensure excellence across our US .NET stack and European Magento platforms serving millions of customers. This role is perfect for an experienced QA leader who wants to build quality practices from the ground up in a scaling e-commerce environment. You'll design test automation strategy, establish CI/CD integration, validate complex multi-region checkout flows, and mentor the development team on quality engineering practices. You'll have significant impact shaping how HAH builds quality into products, working with high-profile celebrity brands (John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Dwyane Wade) and major hotel partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to lead QA strategy for a fast-growing company, with clear growth potential to QA Lead, QA Manager, or Director of Quality Engineering roles. Test Automation Strategy & Architecture Design and implement comprehensive test automation framework for e-commerce workflows across platforms Architect automated test suites for checkout flows across US, EU, and Asia covering all payment processors Build regression testing infrastructure for .NET stack and European Magento platforms maintaining consistency Test administrative interfaces and operational tools used by business teams Verify brand consistency across multiple hotel and celebrity brand websites Coordinate testing across distributed development teams in US and Europe Coach developers on testability, test-driven development, and quality practices Participate in code reviews providing quality assurance perspective Train team members on test automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies Establish QA community of practice promoting knowledge sharing Mentor junior QA engineers as team grows Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 5+ years QA or software testing experience with increasing technical leadership 3+ years test automation experience building frameworks and infrastructure Proven track record establishing QA processes and practices in growing organizations Strong e-commerce testing background on .NET stack with custom e-commerce platform European Magento 1 and Magento 2 platforms Multiple brand websites (hotel and celebrity brands) Administrative interfaces and operational tools Development & Infrastructure Git/GitHub for test code version control CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI) Docker and containerization for test environments Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for test infrastructure Tools & Systems Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar) Bug tracking (Jira, Monday.com, or similar) Database tools for SQL queries and validation Monitoring and logging tools for production validation Payment & Integration Testing E-commerce checkout flows across multiple regions Carrier integrations for shipping (20+ carriers) ERP systems for order and financial processing Order Central middleware (legacy integration layer) Development Team Technical Lead for quality strategy, testing priorities, and process alignment Developers for testability discussions, code reviews, and quality practices Technical Project Managers for release planning and quality gate coordination QA Engineers (as team grows) for mentorship, collaboration, and quality initiatives Cross-Functional Partners Operations Team for production quality validation, user acceptance testing, and operational workflows Customer Service Team for defect prioritization based on customer impact and feedback Finance Team for payment validation, financial reconciliation testing, and transaction accuracy Fulfillment Team for shipping workflow validation and carrier integration testing Leadership Team for leadership and strategic alignment This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and lead quality engineering for a fast-growing e-commerce company serving millions of customers across high-profile celebrity and hotel brands.
