Evaluate and improve UX processes to ensure effective collaboration and delivery. Own high-level design timelines and adapt approaches to fit project needs. Lead rapid sketching, wireframing, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams. Create information architecture diagrams to document workflows and hierarchies. Contribute to evolving our agile, user-first design methodology with best practices. Collaborate with engineering to ensure usability standards are met before release. Drive design consistency and efficiency across products. Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis. Communicate design decisions clearly and align teams around user needs. Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer in digital products or applications. Expertise in one or more of: Information Architecture, Content Design, User Research, Interaction Design, Interface Design, or Product Design . Strong background in UX Design , with relevant education (degree or certifications). Excellent communication skills in English (written, spoken, and visual). Ability to balance using existing design systems with creating new patterns when needed. Proficiency with modern design tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.). Proven initiative and ownership to drive projects to completion. Positive attitude , adaptability, and ability to juggle multiple projects. Fast learner who values precision and iteration (“measure twice, cut once ”).
