We are looking for a Senior/Lead UX Designer to join our growing team in Argentina

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design and user experience efforts across AI and Digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and modern design systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product managers, developers, and stakeholders — to transform complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
1. Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications — from research and conceptualization to prototyping and final delivery.
2. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
3. Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
4. Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical and business goals.
6. Translate product requirements into well-structured design deliverables and interaction flows.
7. Evaluate and iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and changing business priorities.
8. Champion UX best practices and mentor junior designers within the team.
9. Stay updated with emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and front-end technology capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 7–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related disciplines.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and user-centered solutions for complex applications.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, InVision, or Axure.
5. Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (not mandatory, but a plus).
7. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders.
8. Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
9. Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles is preferred.

Top 3 Must Haves: 

1. 7–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related disciplines.
2. Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI-driven products ,designing for SaaS, FinTech, HealthCare
• Exposure to DesignOps, token-based design systems, or UX analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel).
• Ability to balance business objectives with user needs and deliver measurable design impact.
