Medir resultados mediante product analytics (funnels, adopción, retención, NPS, time-to-value). Implementar y gestionar feedback loops con clientes y stakeholders internos. Construir las bases de Product Ops (roadmap, discovery repo, analytics, rituales). Actuar como player-coach, desarrollando al equipo y contratando perfiles clave cuando sea necesario.
