Overview Sales Call Center Agent (Italian-speaking) – remote role. Join Neo Group on behalf of our partner. The team focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain cutting-edge products and services. Understand customer needs and tailor recommendations to create personalized solutions. Close deals by providing accurate information and pricing, and move interactions toward achieving sales targets. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to handle customer queries or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
