What You’ll Do At BTS Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients across industries. Lead the design and delivery of multi-workstream projects that align with our clients' strategic priorities and drive measurable impact. Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences (both in-person and virtually) that create lasting behaviour change and business results. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients. Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries. Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth. Lead with a client-focused mindset, ensuring team alignment with client success and outcomes. Work closely with the Argentinian team, as well as BTS global leaders and Centers of Excellence (CoE), to drive business growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience). 5–7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment. Proven experience in leading projects and partnering with various business stakeholders. Experience delivering strategic workshops and managing project outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals. Strong business acumen, able to connect business and operating model insights to client work. Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities. Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels. Mature, humble, professional, and a hands‑on team player. Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international). Native Spanish and fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus. Why us?
