As a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer , you’ll join a skilled and passionate team, contributing to the delivery of data-driven digital solutions for our clients. You’ll play a key role in architecting and developing scalable data pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and supporting personalized marketing and customer engagement strategies. We're looking for someone who is highly consultative, technically strong, and solution-oriented — someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes within the Salesforce Data Cloud Perform data manipulation and transformation to support business and analytics needs Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake Create and maintain data models and segmentation strategies to enable targeted engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective data solutions Implement and manage API integrations for enhanced connectivity Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues; provide ongoing support for data operations Qualifications 6+ years of development experience, including 3+ years working with Salesforce Data Cloud Strong experience with data manipulation, ETL processes, and SQL Proficiency with Snowflake and data modeling techniques Expertise in Python and API integrations Experience designing scalable and high-performance cloud-based data solutions Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy by design Solid understanding of cloud platforms and agile methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Who You Are Customer-focused with a strong service mindset Technically influential and confident in architectural decision-making Strong communicator, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions Skilled at managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Adaptable, curious, and eager to explore new technologies Experience in consulting, client interaction, and Life Sciences is a plus What Appnovation has to Offer Appnovation’s development teams are collaborative, friendly and open, and with varied work.
