Paralegal with a passion for customer service (LegalTech) Join Codekeeper and play an important role in managing customer success for our clients. As a LegalTech company focus is on the intersection of legal drafting/review, customer communications, and technical support. We are searching for a talented Paralegal with a passion for customer service to excel in this dynamic and multifaceted position. We will accept applications for the next two months. Role Description As a Paralegal within the Customer Success team, this role is pivotal in ensuring customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service. You will act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers, championing customer success and satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and offer support on legal matters, contributing significantly to our overall service quality. Key Responsibilities Legal Drafting/Review – Draft legal language to fit customer requirements. Customer Service – Receive and respond to user and lead inquiries about services and account management. Tech Setup Support – Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform. Sales Support – Work with leads to guide them about our service via email and chat. Report Drafting – Draft reports based on customer information and return them to customers.
