Position Responsibilities The Global Program Manager will lead the design, execution, and governance of strategic programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of global sales engineers and their managers. This role requires a strong ability to develop innovative learning strategies, leverage industry insights, and drive impactful initiatives that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global programs that support sales engineers and managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of programs including Pipeline Bootcamp, Win Showcase, Power Hour, and SKO specials. Insights & Best Practices: Leverage Gartner and other industry research to inform program design and execution. Skills Assessment: Design, deploy, and analyze sales and manager skills assessments to identify development opportunities. Sales Council Leadership: Initiate and manage a global sales council to foster collaboration and share best practices. Training & Enablement: Deliver industry/vertical training, value selling programs, and manager development initiatives. Event Execution: Plan and execute global enablement events and workshops to drive engagement and performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program adoption and success. Support Sales Engineers: Provide resources, tools, and guidance to enhance technical and consultative selling skills. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years in program management, sales enablement, or related roles. Proven experience managing global programs and cross-functional teams. Skills: Strong strategic thinking and program design capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Gartner insights and industry best practices. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Preferred: Experience in sales engineering or technical sales environments. Knowledge of value selling methodologies and enablement tools. Compensation Information The salary range for this position is $ - $ . This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
