Con un impacto real en toda Latinoamérica, estamos ampliando nuestro equipo comercial e incorporando un/a Sales Executive Sr. estratégico/a para la región de Centro/Litoral de Argentina.
Ubicación y cobertura de la región:
- La persona seleccionada puede residir en cualquiera de las provincias de la región: Córdoba, Santa Fe, La Pampa y Entre Ríos.
Tu desafío:
- Ser el referente comercial en la región Centro/Literal, recorriendo farmacias, aprovechando tu cartera activa y generando nuevas oportunidades.
- Presentar la plataforma Extendeal con enfoque consultivo, demostrando el impacto real en el negocio de cada cliente.
- Negociar y cerrar acuerdos con un enfoque basado en datos y creación de casos de negocio sólidos.
- Gestionar tu pipeline en Hubspot, garantizando un seguimiento organizado y resultados consistentes.
- Alcanzar y superar tus objetivos de ventas, con atractivas comisiones vinculadas a tu rendimiento.
- Desarrollar tu trabajo en calle visitando clientes y viajando frecuentemente dentro de la región asignada (se requiere movilidad propia).
Buscamos alguien que:
- Tenga al menos 5 años de experiencia como Ejecutivo de Ventas / Sales Executive en la industria farmacéutica o sector salud.
- Posea cartera de clientes propia y conocimiento del mercado del interior de Argentina.
- Maneje venta consultiva y sepa interpretar datos para generar propuestas de valor a medida.
- Sea orientado a resultados, organizado y con excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
- Tenga experiencia en el uso de CRM (preferentemente Hubspot).
- Sea profesional graduado en Administración, Marketing o carreras afines (deseable).
