Objetivo del Puesto Ofrecer al cliente interno la mejor experiencia en la implementación de cada proyecto dentro de los alcances, costos, calidad y plazos previstos, asegurando la adhesión a las mejores prácticas y metodologías definidas. Es importante destacar que es una posición estratégica dentro del área de sistemas con alcance Cross Company, orientada a dar valor a cada sector y líder, acompañando los objetivos de crecimiento y transformación digital de la compañía. Con lo cual deberá coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, tanto internos como de proveedores, informar a los stakeholders incluyendo directivos y C-level, acerca del status y resultados de los proyectos. Qué Buscamos Profesional graduado en carreras afines con sólida experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI en el sector bancario o financiero. Certificaciones en PMP, Scrum o similar. Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA o similares. Estimación, Planificación, Liderazgo, Seguimiento, Staffing, Administración de Riesgos.
