The Team The Growth Marketing Team leads the company’s efforts to acquire new eaters across multiple channels. The team focuses on expanding audiences, improving traffic and conversion rates while maintaining CAC efficiency, and telling the CookUnity chef-driven story through compelling content. The Role As a Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst you’ll support our paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms. You’ll use data, creative, and audience insights to drive high-ROI acquisition while maintaining CAC efficiency. The role suits someone who thrives in a high-growth DTC environment and aims to build a best-in-class paid social program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product. Responsibilities Own and execute paid social growth strategy Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, and emerging channels Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency and profitability Continuously analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations Leverage media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact Collaborate with Creative to develop and test high-converting ad creatives across static, video, and UGC formats Conduct audience segmentation and targeting experiments to scale high-LTV cohorts Define a structured A/B testing roadmap for campaigns, audiences, bidding, and ad formats Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to develop landing pages that improve conversion rates Explore new automation, AI, and machine learning tools for real-time optimization Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align paid social strategies with growth goals Collaborate with CRM to ensure new customers transition into lifecycle journeys for retention Monitor platform updates and advise leadership on new features and trends Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing with emphasis on paid social in high-growth DTC companies Advanced English skills Bachelor’s degree or proven relevant experience in performance marketing or a related field Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel) Creative mindset with ability to develop a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints Strong understanding of marketing, data, or tech fields (adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, business) Ability to generate solutions from qualitative and quantitative marketing challenges Experience managing large marketing budgets at high-growth companies or agencies Soft Skills Entrepreneurial with high energy and a drive to succeed Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities Collaborative leader and effective communicator Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Data-driven with an agile, practical mindset Ability to define marketing, data, and tech requirements based on quantitative knowledge Sensitivity to brand and direct marketing integration Benefits Get paid in USD Remote work options 15 days of vacation per year from start date 16 fully paid Argentinean holidays Healthcare stipend for preferred provider 5-year sabbatical: 4-week paid after 5 years Paid family leave Compassionate leave: 3–5 days per occurrence Benefits platform with customizable perks, learning opportunities, wellness memberships, and more Personal English coach CookUnity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
