Hello, are you ready to join #OneOfUs? We need an exceptional Paid Media Specialist for a full‑funnel Meta ads strategy and performance optimization for our US‑based client. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts daily, monitoring performance and updating profitability sheets. Identify winning creatives and underperformers quickly, sharing insights and recommendations that move the needle. Launch, test, and scale campaigns across Meta with upcoming expansion into TikTok Ads. Collaborate with the creative team to request assets ahead of time for smooth, strategic launches. Ensure every ad aligns with a premium, fashion‑forward brand aesthetic. Plan for product launches, drops, and seasonal moments, building testing roadmaps and content timelines. Work with retention marketing to align Meta ads with email and SMS strategies. Leverage AI tools and Meta’s performance features to boost efficiency and deliver top‑tier results. About You You have 3+ years of hands‑on Meta ads experience—building, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns. You’re analytical, proactive, and eager to uncover insights that drive performance. You understand attribution, performance metrics, and scaling strategies extremely well. You have strong aesthetic instincts—knowing instantly what’s on‑brand. You’re organized, forward‑thinking, and able to plan weeks (even months) ahead. Nice‑to‑have: TikTok Ads, Klaviyo knowledge, ClickUp, Figma, or experience with premium e‑commerce/fashion brands. Bonus points if you love AI tools, automations, or dabble in light brand management. Perks Fair market pay. Remote, full‑time job—work as an independent contractor from home.
