Founding Business Development Representative Sobre Silver.dev Silver.dev es una agencia de recruiting en crecimiento vertical que ayuda a startups y empresas tech a contratar talento, con un fuerte enfoque en ingenieros de software de Argentina. Trabajamos con compañías globales —incluyendo nombres reconocidos como Scale, X.com— para conectarles con perfiles técnicos de excelencia, de manera rápida, precisa y confiable. Estamos buscando un BDR dedicado/a para sumarse al equipo en Buenos Aires y tomar las riendas de la gestión de leads, conversión a clientes y account management. Este rol reporta directo al founder y tiene potencial de crecer a Head of Operations. Tu rol Vas a ser la cara de Silver.dev frente a nuestros clientes: acompañando a más de 20 cuentas activas, asegurando que estén satisfechas, que aprovechen al máximo nuestros servicios y que podamos anticiparnos a sus necesidades. Además, vas a participar en reuniones de intake con nuevos potenciales clientes y ayudar a generar oportunidades para la empresa. Responsabilidades Mantener y enriquecer un CRM de ventas para manejar leads, comunicaciones y follow-ups para concretar nuevos clientes Trabajar con Marketing en crear funnels activos y pasivos de leads Adoptar y mejorar los playbooks de ventas de la organización Construir las bases del área de Ventas—este rol es fundador y tu enfoque va a sentar las bases del equipo Lo que buscamos Experiencia comprobable en gestión de cuentas B2B, idealmente en el rubro tech, recruiting, SaaS o servicios profesionales Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con excelente manejo interpersonal Capacidad para llevar múltiples relaciones en simultáneo, con foco en satisfacción y expansión comercial Buena presencia en reuniones, tanto con clientes actuales como con potenciales Manejo excepcional de inglés (oral y escrito) (B2+ o C1) Bonus: experiencia en ventas B2B Lo que ofrecemos Salarios competitivos en USD y bonos importantes por resultados Hardware (computadora mac + accesorios) Servicio de cafeteria completo - desayuno, almuerzo y snacks Salidas y offsites recurrentes de la Empresa #J-18808-Ljbffr
