What you will do Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance; Own the relationship with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account expansion; Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts; Partner closely with Delivery, Recruiting, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and project success; Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement; Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships. Must haves 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the IT or software development industry; Prior experience leading a team of Account Managers or similar roles; Advanced English (written and spoken); Strong technical understanding of software development and technology (hands‑on experience in the past is a big plus); Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills; Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter.
