UX DESIGNER

SvitlaSystems Inc. is looking for a UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hoursper week) inArgentina. Our client is a leader in analytic advisory services and technology solutions for financial institutions. A proactive, detail-oriented UX Designer is needed for designing complex data, analytics, and decision-intelligence products.This role goes beyond producing wireframesaperfectcandidate actively shapes requirements, drives UX thought leadership, and ensures consistency across a large ecosystem of products. The role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client-facing teams to transform ambiguous requirements into intuitive, data-driven experiences. The candidate for this role will push UX forward by contributing to the evolving design system, strengthening BI dashboard usability, and ensuring alignment with the company's standards. This position is for a designer who is comfortable with challenging assumptions, leading discovery, and owning the end-to-end UX process, not just executing tickets. Description of Project: work on established products andbrand newproducts, aligningthe individual product needs with the overall company UX strategy. Team structure: 3-4 UX Designers working collaboratively acrossabout16 product development teams.There isa small team of UX designers supporting multiple Product Development Team’s UX needs.UX Designers join Agile ceremonies for teams they support. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer. Advanced experience within Figma. Understanding of designing data-heavy products, dashboards, or business intelligence (BI) tools. Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems. Expertise in work across the entire UX process—from discovery to execution. Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines for web, iOS, and Android. Ability to articulate and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style. Responsibilities Create flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define and communicate end-to-end user experiences. Design intuitive, data-centric interfaces, including dashboards, charts, filters, and analytics workflows, with strong BI usability principles. Respond promptly to engineering questions and allocate routine time for design triage and implementation support. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science throughout the entire design process - from framing the problem to delivery. Apply technical understanding of platform constraints (web, iOS, Android) to create feasible, scalable interface designs. Stay current with UX, BI, and data-visualization best practices and bring new insights back to the team. Bring thoughtfulness, attention to detail, curiosity, and continuous learning to all aspects of the design process. Develop and maintain a BI UX Patterns Playbook for chart types, interactions, filtering patterns, and visual standards. Contribute to and maintain the company's Figma design system, including components, variants, and documentation. Ensure consistency across products by following established iconography, typography, layout, and color standards; document rationale when deviating. Perform UI audits comparing new feature designs against existing product patterns to ensure cohesion and minimize misalignment. Use strong communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale, tradeoffs, and alternatives to cross-functional partners. Document decisions, feedback, and changes directly in PRDs, Confluence, and Figma. Use your innate curiosity to challenge assumptions and uncover new insights. Nice to have Understanding independently conducting lightweight UX research with clients or executive stakeholder interviews. Experience working with front-end developers or contributing to code reviews. Experience designing informative animations or micro-interactions.
