Role Overview We are seeking experienced Controllers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are energized by new challenges. This role combines hands-on accounting expertise, team leadership, and strategic financial advisory, making it a critical position within our client delivery teams. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and big-picture focused, capable of leading teams while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close meetings with clients and internal teams, presenting financial results clearly and confidently. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and key management reports. Analyze budget-to-actual variances and communicate significant issues, risks, and opportunities. Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide actionable, strategic recommendations. Act as a proactive liaison with clients’ external advisors, including CPAs, bankers, and attorneys. Team Leadership & Quality Control Lead, mentor, and support accountants across assigned client delivery teams. Review and ensure accuracy across core financial processes, including: Balance sheet reconciliations Accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR) Cash management Month-end close entries Payroll integrations Implement, monitor, and maintain strong internal controls. Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements. Internal Responsibilities Meet or exceed billable hours targets while maintaining service excellence. Complete all internal deliverables, including time tracking, capacity planning, and quarterly initiatives. Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s mission, values, and professionalism. Collaborate cross-functionally while representing the organization in a professional and client-focused manner. Maintain the highest standards of security compliance and asset protection. Contribute to continuous process improvements and development of best practices. Qualifications Strong experience in accounting and financial management, ideally within professional services or outsourced accounting environments. Proven experience leading accounting teams and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Deep understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting. Ability to engage U.S.-based clients in a consultative, professional, and confident manner. Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
