Semi Senior Production Designer Join our creative team as a Semi Senior Production Designer. We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled designer with a solid foundation in both digital and print design. You will work closely with art directors and other creatives to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across various formats. We're seeking someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and can adapt design styles to suit different audiences. You should be comfortable working in both print and digital formats, delivering production-ready files that meet quality standards. In this role, you will: Support Creative and Design Directors by producing high-quality visuals across multiple formats. Finalize assets such as emails, banners, social media visuals, direct mail pieces, and mockups based on art direction and brand guidelines. Ensure design accuracy and consistency, performing adaptations, retouching, and scaling for both digital and print outputs. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creatives to polish concepts into final, launch-ready files. Balance multiple projects efficiently with the support of your team and project leads. Create visually engaging presentations tailored to internal and external audiences. Apply and respect brand systems, while contributing to creative evolution through thoughtful design proposals. Hard Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience working with assets across multiple formats and localizations. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Proficiency in Figma. Strong photo retouching skills. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets). Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Soft Skills Clear communication and collaboration skills. Organized and efficient multitasker. Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Comfortable working under deadlines and accepting feedback. Team-oriented, humble, and reliable. Experience Required 2–3 years of experience in digital and print production, preferably in a creative or agency setting. A strong portfolio showcasing polished production design work across a variety of formats. Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field is preferred.
