Join us to transform the market We are looking for an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing (Trade Marketing) to lead data-driven marketing strategies and enhance the shopping experience in an omnichannel world. Your mission will be to create innovative strategies that add value to Newell, our customers, and shoppers. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development & Execution: Define and execute Newell’s commercial strategy in line with our growth model, covering all areas and strategic customers. 5P’s Execution: Oversee the execution of product, price, promotion, place, and positioning strategies, ensuring the best shopping experience and sales growth. Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs to ensure excellent execution, adjusting strategies as needed. Qualifications Experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing for consumer goods companies with expertise in the Modern trade channel. Proven track record in defining commercial strategies aligned with company growth and profitability. Strong leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
