Project Manager (IT) at BairesDev As a Project Manager (IT), you will oversee technology projects and guide technical teams to deliver successful IT solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to advance your management capabilities while collaborating with talented technical professionals in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do: Direct project planning and coordinate team activities to meet delivery objectives. Mentor and support team members while maintaining effective communication. Track project performance and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value. Assist with budget planning and resource allocation for projects. Help implement technology solutions following organizational standards.
