Responsibilities Develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape in the affiliate with respect to NN and competition access, healthcare system changes, HTA developments and general trends in the field. Implement and execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement, negotiation, and objection handling in close collaboration with the Affiliate HEOR team and LATAM/IO regional offices. Reflect clear understanding of business impact and Market Access implications by cross-functional collaboration with key functions (Finance, Legal and Compliance, Business Units, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs) to create solid business and/or pricing cases aligned with NN pricing strategies and policies in a timely manner. Identify and initiate potential contracting/risk sharing opportunities and coordinate the development of the business case in a cross-functional way. Develop and sustain collaboration and partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders to ensure MAPA alignment with business needs and priorities. Establish and maintain a broad network of stakeholders with influence on market access outcomes to promote learning and understanding of payer expectations and market access needs in daily work. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Science, or related. Fluent in oral and written English. Minimum 3 years of experience in health-related organizations. Strong project management skills. Direct experience in at least two areas: Market Access and Pricing, Contracting and Risk Sharing Agreements, Health Economics, Brand Value Communications; Payer Engagement; Customer insight gathering and value proposition. Practical knowledge in development and implementation of commercial initiatives; experience building relationships with health care stakeholders (payers, insurers, policy makers); ability to analyze and articulate complex initiatives with strategic thinking and tactical planning. Desired Qualifications Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working for a multinational company. Previous experience working with Diabetes.
