Generate, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for staffing and development strategies. Administer global HR processes (Performance, Staffing, Succession Planning) in HRIS systems with accuracy and timeliness. Advise leaders and managers on discipline, performance conversations, and team conflict management. Implement standardized programs and policies, driving process simplification and leveraging technology for efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compensation, Analytics) to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices. Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. About you Advanced English (written and spoken). University degree with a focus on HR/Business/Management, or relevant experience in Human Resources (Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated) Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced). Knowledge of HR processes: Employee Relations, Staffing, Performance Management, Succession Planning. Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors). High attention to detail and compliance with data privacy standards. Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating diverse teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision‑making Ability to act in an impartial way, able to focus on a big picture and link back activities to corporate policies and principles. Able to act with care in a compassionate way.
