Aftersales Specialist (Technical Support) Location: Buenos Aires, AR Workplace Type: Hybrid/Remote Do you want to help solve the world's most pressing challenges? Your impact This position is responsible for managing the service area and supporting technical issues in the Center and North region of Argentina. The service coordinator is a link between the factory and dealers, bringing issues from the field to be treated internally, into the factory. On the other hand, this person is responsible for taking the technical solutions from the factory to the dealer and customers. Your experience and qualifications Support or answer Technical issues reported by tech connect; Lead workshops for new products and for internal processes. Provide permanent coaching to dealers; Visit Customers as a courtesy or for technical problems; Know how to support using EDT (Electronic Diagnostic Tool); Know technically how to fix AGCO portfolio, and sometimes it is necessary to know how to operate as well; Graduated in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical, Electronics or similar; Background in agriculture or industry; Your place of work West of Buenos Aires or South of Buenos Aires.
