Salary Range: $2700-$3300 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client). Job Overview We’re seeking a highly capable HubSpot specialist to lead the buildout of our HubSpot environment, with a focus on CRM customization, workflow design, and scalable systems. While experience with automation across platforms is a plus, our primary priority is finding someone deeply experienced with HubSpot, particularly with custom objects, deal pipelines, structured data entry, and workflow design. Cross-system automation (e.g., integrations with QuickBooks or third‑party tools) is valuable, but not our immediate focus. Key Responsibilities Build and manage HubSpot CRM architecture including custom objects, deal pipelines, and structured data entry processes. Design automation workflows, lead routing logic, and lifecycle stages tailored to specific business processes. Develop and maintain custom modules, templates, and integrations using HubSpot APIs, HubL, and third‑party tools. Partner with brokerage, operations, and property management teams to create scalable systems for: Active deal tracking Outbound business development pipelines Cold call activity logging Reporting and dashboards for revenue and deal flow Collaborate on initiatives originally tailored for marketing, sales, and customer success teams such as lead scoring and attribution systems. Key Goals Within HubSpot Define and communicate protocols for brokers and analysts to track cold calls and business development efforts. Create templates for call lists, enable activity logging, and build reporting systems for performance tracking. Integrate revenue tracking, invoicing, and payment workflows with QuickBooks. Build modules for the property management team to track work orders and manage operational workflows. Launch and grow our email marketing program using targeted lists. Develop automations and workflows to eliminate redundant data entry, ensure data quality, and alert the team to gaps in information. Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including API development, custom object creation, and workflow design. Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM’s structure, including workflows, automation capabilities, and pipeline configuration. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and acute attention to detail. Experience with REST APIs and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus. Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation tools is a bonus. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, Marketing Software, Sales Software).
