Responsibilities Produce up to 2 long‑form and 2 short‑form videos per week, working closely with the creator to match brand voice and style. Oversee the video production process, acting as a “mini project manager” to meet uploading deadlines. Collaborate with video editors to optimize transitions, add visual effects, sound effects, and b‑roll. Analyze video performance data and iterate to improve future content. Learn the creator’s style, structure, and topic selection to serve as a trusted assistant. Brainstorm catchy YouTube video topics, hooks, scripts, title and thumbnail ideas.
