Assist patients and customers in choosing eyewear that best fits their budget requirements and eye care needs. Troubleshoot and identify issues related to prescriptions. Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations. Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures. Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements. Perform basic housekeeping duties, execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses. Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses. Track delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance. Key Qualifications 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast‑paced retail environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible with changing business needs in a team environment. Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people. High school diploma or equivalent required. Optical experience is a plus. Schedule flexibility; work hours will be based on business needs. Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion with others.
