The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital design and passion for innovation. You are someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is detail‑oriented, and can balance creativity with strategic thinking to produce high‑quality designs that align with business goals. What You’ll Do Develop original and high‑quality creative assets for a variety of projects, ensuring consistent application of visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with the digital production team and other departments to articulate design decisions and execute projects effectively. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring quality and meeting project deadlines. Create digital assets for campaigns, including static and animated banners (HTML5), social media content, email marketing materials, and landing pages. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital design, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team. Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance). What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience in digital design. Strong conceptual design and execution skills, with expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD, and others. Experience in motion graphics and HTML5 banner animation. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong visual communication abilities to effectively convey ideas through design. Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and solve complex design challenges creatively and efficiently.
