Position Overview Carry out the O&M service on the wind turbine generator (WTG) in accordance with project specifications and company standards. This includes troubleshooting, scheduled maintenance, retrofit, inspection, and the preparation of technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on Goldwind and multibrand wind turbines. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the continuous optimization of operational procedures, systems, and maintenance standards. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of wind turbines. Analyze wind turbine operation data to ensure optimal performance. Conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and generate reports in accordance with company and industry standards. Manage warehouse tasks, including ordering materials, tools, and spare parts when required. Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties. Complete additional tasks assigned by the company. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, and actively participate in HSE activities organized by the department and company. Qualifications & Experience Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent experience). Previous experience with Alstom WTG platforms (ECO series) is desirable. Ability to climb wind turbines and perform physically demanding work in heights and in confined spaces and under various weather conditions. Proven experience (2+ years) in maintenance activities, preferably in industrial equipment’s or wind turbine systems. Working at Heights and Electrical Safety certifications (valid GWO certification is a plus). A significant understanding of and strong commitment to the standard of HSE in wind farm operation. Good English skills, both written and spoken (desire). Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams and communicating with diverse stakeholders. Valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
