General Job Description Manage compliance with the contractual conditions (SLAs) of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Contractors by handling the necessary information, products, and services for their operation. Job Description You will be responsible for controlling and ensuring the availability of all technical documentation related to the networks under maintenance, as well as any other information required for their operation. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the improvement of service quality standards of the Contractors. Responsibilities Plan the work to be carried out on the network, as well as establish quality objectives and deadlines for preventive and corrective tasks. Coordinate contractors for the execution of preventive and corrective field maintenance, and supervise that they comply with the maintenance plans and deadlines, follow the relevant regulations, and correctly diagnose and resolve faults. Coordinate with the Help Desk / Operations Center and the Client, as appropriate, to prioritize incidents to be resolved and schedule various tasks on the network (expansions, transfers, measurements, etc.). Conduct field inspections approximately 60% of the time and be present during major service outages or other critical events to provide and ensure technical support to field supervisors and maintenance crews. Serve as the point of contact for internal/external clients, suppliers, and municipal entities regarding all matters related to network operations. Generate reports and analyze key network incident indicators, identifying possible causes of failures and developing corresponding improvement plans. These causes may be technical, related to contractor criteria, poor condition of tools/instruments, or other factors. Analyze cases reported by clients, verify their accuracy, and provide feedback to improve processes and reduce incorrectly reported cases. Monitor SLA compliance for all ATC products and define and/or apply penalties as appropriate in each case. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety standards, making sure contractors apply and maintain them throughout the execution of tasks and while assigned to ATC services. Conduct regular inspections of contractor quality, including work tools, vehicles, instruments, and the quality of the work performed (labor and materials used). Qualifications Degree in Telecommunications Engineering / Technician or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising Fiber Optic projects and/or maintaining FTTH networks. Project management and customer service experience. Knowledge of measurement and splicing equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience using CRM systems. Experience with reporting systems / dashboards / statistics. Familiarity with geocoding tools. Intermediate level of English. Skills Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to propose effective solutions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work teams. High level of commitment, leadership, and teamwork skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism with colleagues, supervisors, and especially clients. Willingness to be trained in new technical, management, and soft skills, and to apply them in daily tasks. Excellent organizational skills. Outstanding customer service attitude. Positive mindset.
