GTM Transformation Lead & Scrum Master  Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina  Permanent, Full Time Main Responsibilities Lead & execute local GTM innovation plans / launches / projects aligned with Horizon framework according to business model mix strategy. Lead & develop Agile squads to ensure excellence in projects execution. Ensure strong analytical capability and take decisions based on accessible data. Collaborate with CE Managers to accelerate GTM implementation according to each SpC Franchise, Medical, Commercial & PS&S priorities. Facilitate scrum ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinements). Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Manage relationship and communication with cross‑functional teams and 3rd‑party stakeholders. Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Monitor dashboards with KPIs: CES, SoV, ROI to identify potential opportunities across the 4 dimensions of Horizon in each franchise. Cross‑Functional Cooperation Work closely with key functions to develop and deliver GTM plans (specifically Franchise, Medical, Patient Support Program). Work closely with BO&S to deliver data analytics and channels implementation. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sanofi (GBUs, local & regional level). About You Education: University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing with Agile framework certification. Languages: Advanced in English and Spanish.
