En Cresium estamos cambiando eso. Estamos construyendo el primer sistema financiero integral para empresas en Argentina. Una plataforma moderna que combina una cuenta bancaria, IA, automatizaciones y herramientas inteligentes en un solo lugar. Nuestro objetivo es simple y ambicioso: darle a las empresas visibilidad, control y libertad sobre su dinero. Para escalar esta visión, necesitamos construir un Go-To-Market sólido, eficiente y con cabeza de negocio. Sobre el rol: GTM Leader Buscamos un perfil de GTM con fuerte mentalidad de negocio. Este no es un rol comercial tradicional. No es solo automatizaciones. No es solo analítica. Este rol existe para diseñar y operar el sistema que hace crecer a Cresium. Vas a ser responsable de crear estrategia y conectarla con datos, procesos y herramientas para transformar ideas de crecimiento en sistemas reales, repetibles y escalables. Vas a trabajar muy cerca de founders, marketing, ventas y producto, con impacto directo en cómo Cresium adquiere, activa y retiene clientes. Construir y liderar el Go-To-Market de Cresium. Definir y evolucionar la estrategia GTM con foco en impacto de negocio. Identificar y priorizar ICPs según valor, uso, retención y escalabilidad. Decidir dónde enfocar esfuerzos y dónde no. Crear campañas multicanal (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) segmentadas por rol, industria y problema. Construir mensajes claros que filtren leads no calificados y atraigan a los clientes correctos. Usar herramientas como Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach y HubSpot para escalar la ejecución. Automatizar con criterio. Diseñar y optimizar workflows, pipelines y sistemas de lead scoring. Reducir fricción operativa a lo largo de todo el funnel comercial. Colaborar de forma cross-team. Trabajar junto a Marketing, Ventas y Producto para alinear mensaje, proceso y producto con el GTM real de Cresium. Experiencia previa en roles de GTM, Growth Ops, RevOps u Outbound avanzado. Fuerte pensamiento estratégico y de negocio. Capacidad de entender cómo la empresa gana y pierde dinero. Experiencia sólida trabajando con CRMs, idealmente HubSpot. Conocimiento en automatización de procesos con herramientas como n8n, Zapier o Make. Comodidad trabajando con datos, funnels y métricas de negocio. Un perfil proactivo, con autonomía, criterio, obsesión por mejorar lo que no funciona y que te quieras comer la cancha. Deseable contar con experiencia en fintech, SaaS B2B o productos complejos. Tener un buen manejo de inglés (excluyente). Vivir en CABA y/o alredores. Vas a construir y profesionalizar el motor de crecimiento de una fintech B2B en expansión. Vas a trabajar muy de cerca con el equipo comercial, de Marketing y producto. Tus decisiones serán claves en el negocio. Vas a tener autonomía real, poder de decisión y visibilidad de impacto.
