What Role You Will Play In Our Team Support to Logistics Optimization & Business Development (LOBD) team by coordinating and ensuring end-to-end flawless processing of contracts in systems. Support relevant stages of the contract management process. Ensures task administration is carried out in a timely, accurate manner in line with the contract. Serve as key contact for transactional troubleshooting, primary interface between Negotiators and back-office for pricing inquiries. Location: Retiro, Buenos Aires. What You Will Do Enter commercial transactions into systems (SAP) on behalf of LOBD Negotiators. Maintain repository of contracts/amendments/approvals/supporting documents in relevant systems/tools. Monitor/support contract task execution (maintaining dedicated repository, data collection, review analysis). Track contractual notices, ensure adequate review is obtained timely and notice periods are met. Support contract owners in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues. Serve as point of contact from contract to settlement, back-office liaison with Negotiators. Initiate Customer / Vendor Master Data setup. Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience Analytical. Attention to detail. Collaborative. Focus on customers. Communicates effectively. Work planning skills. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's Degree in Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Business Administration or Economics and International Trade. Advanced English level and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and teams. Teamwork and customer-oriented. Strong analytical skills.
