What Role You Will Play In Our Team As a Contracts Analyst within the Sales Operations team, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contract lifecycle management across the US and Canada, supporting both Fuels Retail and Commercial businesses. You will be the primary point of contact for all contracting-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination, execution, and stewardship of contract processes. Your role will be pivotal in enabling commercial success through strong analytical capabilities, customer focus, and effective communication. What You Will Do Lead and coordinate the execution of Sales Agreements, Amendments, and MAP (Marketing Assistance Program Funds). Calculate Underlift and BW Shared Discounts. Maintain and update SCMS (Sales Contract Management System) guidelines and Model Contract Templates. Manage Contract Information Form (CIF) updates and SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) reviews. Oversee Power Of Attorney renewals and ensure timely GT&C (General Terms and Conditions) distribution to Wholesale Fuels Canada customers. Follow up on Stewardship reports with Sales teams. Coordinate the HCL Contracts Team and support the Annual Contracting Plan. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Credit, Tax, Controllers, P&GA, Audit, Pricing Ops, Forecast, and Supply teams. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent work experience. Experience: 1-2 of relevant work experience. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Project Management and Reporting capabilities. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions. Strong customer focus with a track record of building trusted relationships. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights. Preferred Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in Contract Administration and Process Management. Experience in Sales Operations, particularly in contracting for US and Canada markets. Exposure to Fuels & Lubes industry or similar commercial environments. Knowledge of analytical best practices and ability to recommend process improvements. Experience coordinating with virtual teams.
