Compensation Specialist The Compensation Specialist will be the Local Market lead in C&B matters and will have a broad range of responsibilities including day-to-day business priorities as well as ad hoc projects. The incumbent must be able to work independently, manage confidential information, contribute to high-level initiatives, and maintain a professional demeanor. Track and monitor market compensation and benefits trends through surveys participations and local consultants. Positions and structure cost analysis. Support and management for compensation and benefits vendors and consultants. Input, track and monitor department local budget. Work closely with Finance to meet established deadlines and processes. Support local leaders in C&B Matters. Develop competitiveness analysis on an ad hoc basis. Provide C&B guidance to leaders and colleagues, as well as peers. Deliver training and communication experiences to colleagues boarding sessions for new hires. C&B Project and change management. Minimum Qualifications Fluent in Business English (written and conversational). Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to manipulate and present data using excel. Effective oral / written communication skills. Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to be flexible in a collaborative work environment. Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent relationship-building, follow-up and collaboration skills. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Numerical, Analytical. People Oriented. Project and Change Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
