Senior Staffing Specialist / Senior Booking Specialist (Full Time Remote) Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high‑end event staffing company, specializing in private and corporate events. The company was founded in 2013 and is located in New York, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles. The company is growing fast and looking for a Staffing Specialist / Booking Specialist (Remote) to join the team This role is a central position within the product department, directly influencing the quality of our services. It requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment, advanced computer proficiency and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Review and process detailed event requests received from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution; Manage the internal event calendar, securing seamless coordination of all staffing needs; Distribute shift notifications to qualified staff members in accordance with event requirements and company standards; Select and assign the most suitable personnel for each event, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and operational efficiency; Keep staff profiles current and accurate within the company’s specialized software systems; Analyze and handle post‑event reports to support continuous improvement of processes; Oversee and prioritize daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines. Requirements Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high volume of urgent tasks; Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in daily operations; Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities; Ability to maintain focus and efficiency under time pressure; Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and make sound operational decisions; Reliability, discipline, and a consistent work ethic in remote settings; Strong written English communication skills and clear, structured correspondence; Advanced PC proficiency, including confident use of multiple software tools simultaneously; Experience in administrative, operational, staffing, call‑center management or coordination roles is a plus; Access to high‑speed Internet. Terms and Conditions Schedule: full‑time (40/hr a week), paid overtime, 5 days a week (days might fluctuate), regular office hours are 9 am‑5:30 pm EST.
