Responsabilidades : Perform audit risk assessment, planning and audit scope development, as well as project execution. Evaluate internal controls identifying risks and opportunities for improvement on the cycles audited. Obtain, analyze and appraise evidential data as a basis for creating an objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the processes being reviewed. Conduct and document the audit work according to professional standards. Communicate identified deficiencies, root cause and recommendations for remediation with Audit Management and the business. Prepare clear and effective audit reports to communicate results to senior management. Develop an understanding of the business, processes, risks, and opportunities through research and interviews. Ensures the accomplishment of the approved Audit Plan, developing the work plan for each local audit, assisting in identifying new areas and processes under audit review. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources to his/her area. Cooperates in applying established audit methodologies to ensure compliance with standards, assessing procedures and authorization manuals associated with the audited process. Proposes audit review programs and develops a clear understanding of business processes, systems and inherent risks associated with them Requisitos : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related fields (desirable). +5 years of experience in similar role and industrial plant environment. Advance knowledge of English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of SAP and GAAP desirable. Proficiency in data analysis through Power BI or similar tools. Ability to apply experience, critical thinking skills, and internal control concepts to evaluate processes and identify risks. Availability for travelling domestically and internationally required.
