Responsibilities Assist in preparing audit strategies. Support the planning and execution of audits. Monitor budgets in conjunction with the Audit Manager. Collaborate with staff and help with their supervision. Facilitate the integration of overseas resources to ensure efficient execution. Aid in process flow automation and perform data analysis of client data. Contribute to the proposal process for potential new clients and projects. Demonstrate adaptability in a virtual working environment. Required Qualifications 4+ years of recent External Audit experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting. Experience working with or in multinational companies is a plus. Strong relationship management skills, with a history of establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at various levels. Understanding of engagement economics to support operational tasks. Proven track record of working independently on multiple assignments or engagements, preferably in a virtual environment. Benefits
