About The Role This full‑time, remote role seeks a skilled SEO Content Writer to create high‑quality, search‑optimized content across multiple client campaigns. Use AI tools for drafting, but rely on excellent human editing skills to ensure all final content is original, accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand voice. Key Responsibilities Research topics and generate initial content drafts using AI tools, refining them with deep human edits for originality, accuracy, tone, and SEO alignment. Produce SEO‑optimized content that naturally incorporates primary and long‑tail keywords, metadata, internal linking, and on‑page best practices. Adapt AI‑generated drafts to match client brand voice, audience needs, and industry context. Analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush), iterate on content to improve rankings and engagement. Review and elevate underperforming content through updated research and human‑edited enhancements. Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI advancements in content production. Manage content pipelines: AI‑generated outlines, human editing, publishing within CMS platforms (WordPress), and coordinating approvals. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all written assets. Collaborate with SEO strategists and creative teams to refine content direction and messaging. Participate in content brainstorming sessions and use AI tools for rapid ideation. Suggest new topic opportunities based on keyword research and SERP trends. Apply human curation to ensure all ideas are aligned with client goals and search intent. Requirements 2+ years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably within an agency environment. Demonstrated experience using AI tools for drafting (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, etc.) combined with strong human editing ability. Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, content clustering, and on‑page optimization. Experience publishing content in WordPress; Elementor knowledge is a plus. Strong research skills and ability to translate AI‑generated information into polished, accurate, value‑driven content. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner. Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and style across industries. Preferred: understanding of technical SEO elements (schema, E‑E‑A‑T, etc.), experience writing for SaaS, e‑commerce, or tech clients, basic design abilities using Canva, knowledge of content performance metrics and A/B testing, ability to analyze AI vs. human‑edited outcomes.
