About the Role

We're on the lookout for a
Content Manager
to take charge of
content planning, production, and optimization
for our
LATAM Business Unit.

You'll work closely with our
SEO, Editorial, Product, and Business
teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and growth across your assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage content production according to editorial calendars and SEO priorities.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities.
  • Create detailed content briefs (keywords, tone, structure) and ensure quality from ideation to publication.
  • Coordinate Writers or Junior Content Managers when applicable, ensuring smooth delivery and quality control.

2. Optimization & Performance

  • Update and optimize existing content to boost SEO performance and user experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.
  • Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow best practices.

3. Quality & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Writers, Editors, and Designers to maintain consistency, accuracy, and editorial standards.
  • Support content localization and adaptation for different markets.
  • Share feedback and contribute to content reviews and workflow improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of solid experience
    in
    digital content management
    , ideally in
    sports, media, or iGaming
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SEO principles
    and performance-driven content creation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with an eye for both detail and strategy.
  • Native-level
    English
    (other languages are a plus).
  • Passion for
    sports, storytelling, and digital media
    .
