What You’ll Do Responsibilities Lead boutique operations with focus on guest experience, talent, and visual merchandising. Build a confident and engaged team that delivers unwavering dedication to guests. Drive sales results by analyzing business performance and coaching the floor. Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks, maintaining guest priority. Foster a culture of communication and teamwork across boutique, field, and corporate. Provide developmental feedback that empowers and motivates the team. Act as liaison between boutique, field, and corporate partners. Attract, recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high‑performing and diverse team. Build bench strength and prepare team members for next level. Coach, train, and develop team members to behaviors that create success. Manage performance fairly, consistently, and ongoing. Establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships. Exhibit high integrity and hiring reliable team. Lead operational excellence: daily operations, budgets, inventory, policies. Understand business drivers, maximize profitability, meet visual and operational standards. Create schedules to deliver service and maximize sales using company tools. Ability to motivate others and deliver sales results. Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently. Flexible and adaptable. Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities. Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Maneuver around sales floor and stockroom: repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbing. Work independently. Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
