Requisitos Técnicos AWS Expert: Experiencia profunda en servicios core y arquitecturas distribuidas. Automation: Dominio avanzado de Ansible para gestión de configuraciones. Stack Atlassian: Experto en el uso y administración de Bitbucket y JIRA. Database Management: Experiencia sólida en motores SQL (Postgre/MSSQL) y NoSQL (Redis/DocumentDB). Compliance: Conocimiento sólido de las normativas ISO 27001 y 27701 aplicada a infraestructura. Seguridad de Endpoints: Experiencia en despliegue masivo de herramientas de protección (ej. ESET). Requisitos Soft Skills Pensamiento Analítico: Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos en entornos críticos. Comunicación Política y Asertiva: Capacidad para explicar decisiones técnicas a niveles ejecutivos y coordinar con el equipo de desarrollo. Atención al Detalle: Rigor absoluto en el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad. Responsabilidades Arquitectura de Infraestructura y Datos (AWS Framework): Diseñar y administrar arquitecturas robustas basadas en los AWS Whitepapers (Well-Architected Framework). Gestión avanzada de bases de datos: Administración, tunning y escalamiento de PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Redis y DocumentDB. Garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de aplicaciones Web, Mobile, APIs y procesos Batch desarrollados in-house. Automatización y Cultura DevOps (Ansible & Atlassian): Liderar la estrategia de automatización de configuraciones y despliegues utilizando Ansible. Administrar y optimizar el ciclo de vida del software dentro del stack de Atlassian (Bitbucket, JIRA), asegurando pipelines de CI/CD eficientes. Fomentar la adopción de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) para reducir errores manuales. Seguridad, Compliance y Gobernanza de Endpoints: Velar por el cumplimiento técnico de los controles de las normas ISO 27001 e ISO 27701. Planificar, desplegar y supervisar herramientas críticas de seguridad en dispositivos finales, tales como antivirus ESET y otros controles de acceso. Liderar auditorías técnicas y asegurar que la confidencialidad de los datos sea el eje de toda solución implementada. Optimización de Costos (FinOps): Monitorizar y optimizar el gasto en la nube de AWS, identificando oportunidades de ahorro sin comprometer la performance o la seguridad. Realizar reportes de consumo y proyecciones de inversión tecnológica para el negocio. Lugar de trabajo y Ubicación Remoto – Argentina. Lugar de residencia: Zonas cercanas al lugar de trabajo.
