Manager, Paid Search – Buenos Aires, Brainlabs Brainlabs is a high‑performance media agency on a mission to become the world's biggest and best independent media agency. Responsibilities Deliver highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on time. Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets. Track and optimise campaigns effectively. Serve as day‑to‑day point of contact for clients on tasks and deliverables. Develop and implement guidelines and processes, contributing ideas around automation and process improvement. Contribute to the best‑practice roadmap for our Paid Search offering. Mentor and grow capability and knowledge across the practice. Qualifications Strong Paid Search delivery track record with 2+ years of experience. Passionate about craft and demonstrable success in campaign optimisation, automation, processes and technology adoption. Good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together. Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who can lead client communication. Passionate about growing knowledge of those around you. Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail, methodical and process‑oriented. Advanced English level (B2+). Success Metrics Live the culture code every day. Effective campaign creation and delivery metrics. Internal targets on technology adoption and process optimisation met. Hit quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led. Client satisfaction targets met (internal & external). Learning certifications created and met across the practice. Active involvement in mentoring less experienced Paid Search colleagues. Benefits Full‑time. Hybrid salary scheme: 50% paid in USD. 20 working days vacation plus all Argentina public holidays. Private healthcare (OSDE 210). Adaptive/hybrid working: 3 days in the Palermo office. Free breakfast and lunch in the office. Quarterly training sessions on wider business skills.
