Upper‑Intermediate English level, including formal writing skills 1+ year experience in a similar role Proficiency in PC skills, particularly MS Office and Excel (including advanced functions) Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities; effective task prioritization Excellent time management and organizational skills Great attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines Outstanding communication skills Self‑motivation; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision Desirable Experience with writing Excel queries Hands‑on experience with Jira Ability to process and analyze large data volumes Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution Research, document, and cite sources for state Medicaid programs following prompts to identify key pricing and editing components Analyze supporting data and create standardized data dictionaries Review a worklist for data changes requiring new data loads Initiate new data load requests Analyze data that support pricing and editing functions, and create data dictionaries using predefined templates Work with a senior analyst to ensure content quality and identify process improvement opportunities Develop business requirements documents (BRD) using a template Create test claims to validate requirements using existing claim example template Manage BRD deadlines, track completion progress, and identify open items requiring stakeholder input What’s working at Dev.Pro like Dev.Pro is a global company that has been building great software since 2011.
