Job Responsibilities Handle enquiries from internal users, submitted through internal systems or through in-person interactions; Assist with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes and manage asset inventory records; Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across endpoint devices; Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices; Perform user account provisioning, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts as required; Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior IT staff for further investigation and resolution; Participate in IT projects , including tasks such as developing automation workflows, implementing AI services, performing housekeeping tasks, and other initiatives; Participate in IT security initiatives, including patch management and adherence to security protocols; Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure the successful fulfillment of the above responsibilities. Job Requirements General IT Support experience including User laptop provisioning, maintenance, User Account Provisioning and deprovisioning is considered a plus; Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Linux would be an advantage; Experience with Atlassian products, such as Jira for ticket-handling is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently and in a timely manner; Past experience in IT support or a similar technical role is a plus. Additional Expectations Higher education in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines is a must; Experience in the field of fintech is not mandatory required; Preferably have basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of financial technologies/services; Must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure; Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company, and should have strong written and verbal communication skills. In addition, must stand out with excellent decision making skills, effective problem solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in team.
