Your challenges and objectives: Recruit for specialized roles across diverse cultural contexts and geographic regions. Optimize time-to-hire while maintaining high-quality hiring standards. Strengthen employer brand positioning and candidate experience in target markets. Continuously improve recruitment processes by staying up to date with technology, tools, and innovative methodologies. Balance global hiring strategies with industry-specific requirements and cultural fit. Partner with teams across our worldwide locations to understand long-term hiring needs and workforce planning goals. Strategically build and expand talent pipelines for critical roles across global markets. Your day-to-day activities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple global locations. Execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates. Proactively source and reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms. Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices. Conduct market research and networking activities to identify new talent pools. Coordinate and participate in events and employer branding initiatives. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes. About you: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry. Proficient in English. Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, enabling a results-driven approach to managing multiple tasks and achieving goals. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
