Key Responsibilities Operations & Systems: Develop and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and systems; streamline workflows and team communications; manage timelines and cross‑functional coordination. Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, budgets, and financial planning; support drafting and reviewing SOWs. Human Resources & People Operations: Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development; manage payroll, benefits, policies, and company culture. Strategy & Performance: Contribute to business strategy, optimize KPIs and reporting, evaluate performance, and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
