About the role We are seeking a full‑time Web Designer to join our team and craft seamless, engaging user experiences across our projects. In this role you’ll design fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will include creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. The role is senior level and requires some overlap with EST working hours for candidates outside the Eastern Standard Time zone. Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels. Develop visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners and promotional materials to support strategies. Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and preferences. Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative materials. Develop information architecture and user flows for intuitive experiences. Organize and structure content for optimal engagement and navigation. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, iterating designs based on feedback. Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, staying updated on standards. Design visually appealing, user‑friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Create low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Produce detailed visual and interaction assets, style guides, and design systems for development handoffs. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, incorporating feedback. Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Apply strategic thinking to align design efforts with business goals. Make informed decisions to resolve design conflicts. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment (agency, tech, or freelance). Startup agency experience is a plus. Expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Advanced UI design skills for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite. Proven ability to design user‑friendly websites with strong UX principles. Experience building component libraries, typography, colors, grids, and margins for team‑wide use. Self‑starter, accountable, problem‑solver, and committed to project success. Excellent communication skills for team and client interactions. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work. Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus.
