In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing fully responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will include creating marketing landing pages, managing related advertisements, and executing branding initiatives. We’re looking for a creative professional with strong skills in developing impactful marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. For candidates outside the EST time zone, this position requires some overlap with EST working hours. Seniority Level: Senior Level Responsibilities Creating Visual Content: Designing marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals. Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels. Campaign Design: Developing visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies and goals. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials. Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences. Organize and structure content for optimal user engagement and navigation. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement. Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback. Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs. Stay updated on accessibility standards and integrate them into the design process. Design visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Create low‑fidelity and high‑fidelity wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions. Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team’s implementation of designs, including style guides, variables, and design systems. Prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams, including detailed specifications and design systems. Stay up‑to‑date with industry design trends and technologies to create innovative products. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations. Receive and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine and improve designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure high quality deliverables. Strategically align design efforts with overall business goals. Resolve design conflicts and make informed decisions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus. Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. UI Skills: Excel at creating scalable UI designs for desktop and mobile using Figma and Adobe Suite. Web Mastery: Showcase advanced proficiency in web design, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user‑friendly websites. Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team‑wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins. Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Communication: Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts. Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of work in both print and digital. Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus Excellent communication skills.
