We are seeking a Creative Strategist - a pivotal role that connects data with compelling creative to drive real business outcomes. This isn't just about making things look good; it's about making them perform. You will be responsible for developing the creative systems and strategies that fuel our clients' success and elevate the agency's creative service to the next level. We're looking for an A-player who shares that same standard of excellence and has a genuine passion for the worlds of fashion, design, and luxury. What You'll Drive Performance: You will directly influence the performance of clients' ad campaigns by developing data-informed creative strategies that move the needle. Your work will lead to a higher return on ad spend and improved campaign effectiveness. Client Success: You will be a key driver of client satisfaction by delivering strategic creative roadmaps and ensuring the work consistently exceeds client expectations. Scalability: You will build a clear, repeatable system for creative strategy that the entire team can implement, ensuring consistency and efficiency as they scale. Creative Design Quality: You will partner closely with the design team to uphold Veicolo's high creative standards, ensuring every deliverable is not only strategically sound but also visually elevated, brand-right, and aligned with the level of polish expected from fashion and luxury clients. Your Profile You're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of using data to inform creative decisions. You have strong copywriting skills and an eye for design, understanding how words and visuals combine to influence performance. You have a genuine interest in fashion, luxury products, and design, and can translate that sensibility into creative that resonates with elevated consumer audiences. You're comfortable in client-facing conversations, able to communicate strategy clearly, build trust, and inspire confidence. You bring a storyteller's mindset, crafting narratives that connect brand, product, and consumer lifestyle. You're collaborative and confident, able to guide creative teams while aligning with client business goals.
